Colefinger; arch fiend and scourge of all crooks, liars cheats and generally bad eggs (especially lawyers ), interrogates Wxxxxxxx “the f**t” Kxxxxxxx . . (Nicknamed “the f**t” for his resilience to pain when questioned) about what he knows about his purchase of a certain property early in 2006.
Did you or did you not know about this dispute when you purchased the property 243
Portland Rd? If you did . . . what on earth did you think you were playing at? And
why therefore did your crooked Solicitors MCP Law write to inform that you didn’t
know.
In other words did you plot with them to ‘Conspire to Defraud Contrary to Common
Law’?
How was it possible not to know? (In fact he did . . . Given on OATH)
Or what other plausible explanation can you give?
If you did not know Kxxxxxxx . . . why aren’t you suing Teitelbaum or the Auctioneers for not declaring it in the “auction details”?
Or did you know all the time but couldn’t care less because you thought no one could get at you in Northern Ireland? . . . WRONG
Just remember one thing Mr Kxxxxxxx . . . You might be a long way away in NI. . but your precious shop and tenant . are right under my heel as it were. . . literally. . and he’s not happy is he . . . . not going plan is it? . . or whatever else was promised him?

The occupier of the shop turned out to be Ethyor Hussain. (it took me a while to find out his name because he refused to give it to me) . . In fact contrary to the Law . .The Party Wall Act 1996 which requires him to do so. . .
Not only did Hussain completely ignore this letter, he carried on building and investing as if nothing had happened.
And not only did he ignore the letter he also ignored an invitation to appear in Croydon Crown Court in answer to a summons I had served on him.
When I eventually asked him why he did not reply to my letter he just shrugged and when I asked why he had not contacted a Solicitor . . . He pretended to look perplexed and asked . . “What’s a Solicitor?” . . . . (something I could probably agree with him about)
My Hussain is now due back in Court in a few weeks time at the bequest of the Judge to explain a few things. . . . . I CAN’T WAIT
Hussain did not ignore all this . . . . . no one in their right mind would . . . . . HE WAS TOLD TO IGNORE IT . . . and I believe by the freeholders WI Properties Ltd or MCP Law Solicitors . . . . advice he may wish he had not taken.

My name is Colin Clifford Cole and I (we) am the OWNER of the Flat 243a Portland Rd.
I don’t know what you have been told (very unlikely to be the whole truth) about this premises but before you spend any more money on the refurbishment you should be aware of the enclosed letters. They are only the tip of the iceberg. THERE ARE MANY MORE.
You should be aware that you are NOW IN DISPUTE with the owners of the above property for all the reasons contained therein and for other reasons clearly published on my many websites.

You will remain IN DISPUTE until all the problems that concern us are resolved. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO CONSULT A SOLICITOR FORTHWITH.
I would also refer you to a letter of 29th August 2003 from Mrs Dyer to Mr M O’Brian, Croydon Planning in an assurance in order to facilitate the planning, that states “I am not cooking on a large scale as a Kebab or Fish & chips shop. Cooking will be finished by 12 noon and warmed in the microwave as the customer arrives.” . . a copy of which I can provide you with on request. ANY cooking done outside those hours will be vigorously contested by me. By COURT ORDER if necessary

If I had received this letter and knew nothing about a dispute . . I would have at least wanted to know what it was all about . . . wouldn’t you?
So who had told Hussain, what to do when I did contact him? . . . they knew I would, and he was expecting it.
For good measure, Mr Hussain has ignored the agreement made to Croydon Council, about only cooking in the morning . . . . . so yet another issue in dispute.
Yet Wxxxxxxx Kxxxxxxx knew nothing about any of this . . . or so his Solicitors claim. . . . nice try Wxxxxxxx . . . must do better next time.
Since then he and his solicitor, have ignored both myself and all the Court Orders
that have been made against him.
Maybe he thinks that’s clever . . . But it will cost him dear.
